Please note, a 13.5% Tax, and Cleaning Fee of $290 will be added to total cost. In addition, the resort charges $20.00 + tax per vehicle for the entire stay to access the express lane after check-in and use of the resort’s amenities. This is payable to the resort directly one week before your stay.

Optional charges:
- Grill ($50) per stay up to two weeks.
- Pool/Spa Heat ($35) per day or Spa Heat only ($25) per day.
- Non-shedding dog ($100) per stay, Maximum two dogs ($175) per stay.
- A $89 insurance damage policy will be added to all reservations. The insurance will cover up to $3000 of accidental damages, guests will be responsible for any damages beyond the $3000.
