Short But Perfect!

We had a quick 3 night stay in the Orlando area that we booked last minute. Mickey's Mansion made our stay better than expected!!! The house is special with all of the added touches throughout. Everything was very clean and comfy. We loved the pool area. We didn't cook but the kitchen is very well equipped. The hosts were a joy to work with and managed to communicate with me with helpful information even though they were in the middle of the ocean on a cruise-ship:). Impressive!!!! We highly recommend Mickey's Mansion. Thank you for a wonderful stay where we really did make wonderful memories.

Awesome home!

Best vacation home ever! We have stayed at quite a few vacation homes before, but this home was by far the best. The hosts Les and JoAnn were so great. The home was very equipt. The pool and spa was wonderful. We will definitely be returning.

The best place to stay! We loved Mickey's mansion

We loved staying at Mickey Mansion! It's lovely!! The photos don't give it credit, it's prettier in person. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a very good location, everything is close, parks, shops, gas station, restaurants... We were 14 family members. The pool is a bonus for those hot Florida days. Plus, the kids really enjoy the movies, books, and game room! This is the perfect place to stay and Les and JoAnn were wonderful hosts! We definitely plan to return soon! Highly Recommend Mickey's Mansion!

My husband and I highly recommend this beautiful home. Our party of 8 were thrilled the moment we walked through the front door. The themed bedrooms were a big hit with the kids. The pool was great after our long days at the Disney parks. The game room was a plus for some extra fun. The home was super clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. This rental has every comfort of my own home plus more. The hosts were amazing, too, assuring us to contact them if we had any concerns, but there was no need to...everything was perfect!

Mickey's Mansion served us well!

Our family of 15 gathered at Mickey's Mansion for four days to celebrate a milestone birthday...and it was perfect for us as we went back and forth to Disney. Mickey's is an attractive place, well decorated and immaculate. The kids loved the game room and the proximity to Disney made it a perfect choice. We recommend!

Lovely home way from home!

My family of 10 stayed at Mickey's Mansion starting the weekend of Easter for a week. The owners, Less & JoAnn, were fantastic throughout the entire process of booking the house through when we had to leave. They left a welcome Happy Easter package for when we arrived which was super sweet!! The owners were always available when questions arose by email, text or phone call. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Orlando at their relaxing home. The kids and adults loved the pool, spa and gaming room! Thanks for having us!!

Awesome stay at Mickey's Mansion

First let me start out by saying, as a family we do Florida for approximately 5 weeks at a time every year. With that being said our hosts were the most accommodating that we had ever had. The house was perfect. The set up was perfect four our situation. Pool and hot tub made for us adults never having to leave while the adult kids ventured out like they do. Game room definitely a plus. The essentials that were there for us when we arrived definitely welcomed us. Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, beach towels and ever a care package for us and our 15 year old pup who we were blessed to be able to bring with us. We personally travel with our own television to put out on the Lani and THATS where we spend ALL our time. Plenty of seating around two large tables. Kitchen well stocked, grill out back with propane tanks stocked. Need I say more. Thank you Les and JoAnn.

Vacay 2024

Mickey's Mansion was awesome. Very clean. Kitchen had all you need. Close to parks and Walmart etc. I paid for heated pool and it was a hit with adult kids and grandkids. Would definitely rent this house again. Thank you!

Outstanding home away from home

Mickey's Mansion was a little more house than we needed but with all the rave reviews we couldn't pass it by. The house truly lived up to the description and reviews - we felt right at home! The hosts quickly felt like old friends and were so responsive to any questions along the way. The game room provided hours of fun and the pool and spa were a perfect end cap to a long day at the parks. The kitchen was well equipped for any cooking at home. The hosts provide more items to get your week started than most do. This was our fourth stay in Emerald Island and hands down the best!

Excellent

We set out to do Mickey's Magic Christmas at Magic Kingdom, and we wanted to share the experience with family from our hometown and those that we haven't seen at Christmas time for several years. The hosts are amazing! They kept in contact from the time of booking and throughout our stay! The place is a quiet gem located not too far from anything and everything. The host offered tips, tricks, and recommendations for stay which were all super helpful and great! There is plenty of room for multiple family units to not feel "on top of each other." The time flies by so quickly and with so many sites and attractions! Just take time to relax, make memories, and enjoy each other's company like we did at Mickey's Mansion. I promise you won't regret it!

Mickey's Mansion Was 100% As Advertised

This 8 Bedroom house was everything we expected and more. Most important was the communication with the owner. Spoke with him on phone, via email and text. Any question was answered within 10 minutes which gives you an indication of the attention to detail by the owner. The pool, hot tub and game room were terrific. All the kids and adults enjoyed everything. Incredibly close to Disney parks and as many restaurants as you can imagine on Rt. 192 (minutes away). Wonderful week at a very nice property.

Perfect Disney House!

My family along with both of my siblings' families came to Disney World and this house was absolutely perfect! We were 6 adults and 7 kids ranging in age from 16 to almost 3. Everyone had plenty of space (adult couples all had a king bed and their own bathroom) but there were also great gathering spaces - the kids loved the playroom and the pool. We cooked 3 dinners at the home and the kitchen was well equipped and well-marked. Everything was clean and the decorating of each room made it feel special for the kids. We've done Disney "on property" but if you're looking for a different option, this place was fabulous! Honestly parking at the parks was easy and probably less of a hassle than the bus system. I can't recommend this house enough and if we do it again, we would definitely book here!

Our new favorite place!

Mickey's Mansion is an exceptional rental property that we were lucky enough to stay in! The house is huge, clean, and has everything that we could have possibly needed for our stay. At one point, we had 10 people in the house and it was still so roomy! It was so close to all of the parks, and an easy distance from some state parks and beaches as well! When we needed rest, we didn't feel confined to our room as we would have in a hotel. Private pool/hot tub was available to us without having to fight for space near a hotel resort pool. We were able to cook full meals in the house to save a little money on food. When we weren't cooking our own meals, there were plenty of excellent options to eat at nearby! There is also an awesome game room in the garage that we were able to use during down time. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is planning a trip to the Orlando area! I won't be staying anywhere else when I visit!

Exceptional home

We had amazing communication with the home owners and they truly felt like old friends. The home had plenty of space for our group to stretch out and have fun as we celebrated anniversaries, graduations and just being together. Fabulous Family Staycation

Fabulous Family Staycation

This was a Great house for our big family of 14!!! The grandkids loved the themed bedrooms and the big and little kids loved the Harry Potter themed game room!!!! There was lots of fun pool table and air hockey competitions and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub!!!!!! Would highly recommend this home! Amazing vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation! Mickeys mansion was a perfect house for the 15 of us ranging from ages 68 to 3. Les and JoAnn were available to answer any questions quickly. The game room and pool were used every day and added great memories to our stay. Great location between Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center. We wouldn't hesitate to use that house again.

Best Vacation Ever

Wish we could could give more than 5 stars!! Home was immaculate! SUPER Spacious, we had 13 who went on the vacation and there was more than enough room for everyone. The hosts were extremely timely with any questions we had and made us feel so welcomed. They included a gift basket of snacks and essentials for the home. That was super sweet, we traveled 18 Horus to get there, so it was convenient not having to go to the store right after arrival. Everything was perfect. My family traveled to Orlando for a cheer competition and decided to make a Disney trip out of it. Wow, I cannot express enough how awesome this house was and the process of renting. We have just returned from our stay at Mickey's Mansion and LOVED every minute. The owners truly care about their home and guests. EVERYTHING is provided - from sheets/towels (including pool towels), to child proof utensils and tableware. The themed rooms were a hit with the little ones (and adults!). On the first day when I asked my 4 y/o granddaughter if she was excited to go to Disney World, she replied, "we are already here!" The little ones enjoyed the playground and nature trail on our "off day" from the parks. GREAT location to all the parks. The grocery store is a very quick trip where you can get whatever you need easily. The starter pack of basics (TP, dishwasher soap was terrific) and we supplemented throughout the week. The owners were easily accessible when we had a question. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Les and JoAnn!! We were sad to leave.

Our group of 7 came down for the Princess Half Marathon Race and added some additional days before and after. We had an absolute wonderful time. Things were great from the moment we booked. Communication with the owners were excellent. We were in own from the moment we walked in. Everything looked beautiful and in excellent condition. Everyone had their own bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for everyone to be able to get ready quickly. Super close to all the parks and for the race days, it was easy to get to the parks without the stress of waiting for shuttles and dealing with thousands of other runners also trying to get there. Each room was beautifully decorated and the game room was great. The pool and hot tub proved to be a perfect way or the group of runners to relax after their half marathon. I would recommend this house to anyone who has a large group. There is plenty of room for everyone and easy to get wherever you want to go. We will definitely stay there again if we are in that area.

We had a special once in a lifetime family vacation with four weeks of different members of our family. It was my 80th birthday celebration and everyone had a fabulous time to remember, especially me! The Wilson's were so accommodating to any questions and needs..they were always a one minute phone call away. The lanai and pool were our gathering place every day and for wonderful family dinners. We had a family reunion in Orlando, including several of my nieces and nephews that had never been. They came from Wisconsin and NC, and absolutely loved this home. The rooms were themed and couldn't have been a bigger hit. And the adults were thrilled with their spaces as well. But the biggest hit was the pool - which they were in every day. Even though they hit the parks each day, they were fine heading home because they knew they could continue to have fun at this house.
I couldn't have asked for a better home or for a more gracious set of hosts. I highly recommend this location (the neighborhood included lots to do as well). And we will definitely come back to Mickey's Mansion given the chance.

The Perfect Christmas Vacation Home

Emerald Island Resort is our favorite rental community in the Disney Area. And now, Mickey's Mansion is our favorite home! Les and JoAnn are the most thoughtful homeowners we've worked with. Great communication. What a surprise to enter their home to find it decked out for the holidays a la Mickey in Florida. The house more than accommodated our family: 6 adults, 3 children and 1 toddler. Oh, and our fur baby! The weather was not typical Florida and changed quite a bit. But the pool, hot tub, and totally themed out game room kept everyone happy. The house never felt crowded, was well-supplied, and very comfortable. Thank you Les and JoAnn for the wonderful experience and memories made.

Just ended our stay at Mickey's Mansion and it was perfect! We have been coming to Orlando and renting vacation properties for 40+ years and this is by far the best rental experience we have had. The house is beautiful and exceptionally clean. It has everything you need! All the kitchen amenities you could possibly need to cook a meal and eat there if you choose. Lots of baby equipment including strollers, high chairs, crib and pack in play. They have all the little touches that make your stay so much smoother, like laundry baskets in all the closets, hair dryers in the bathrooms and full length mirrors in the bedrooms. The hosts are completely committed to making sure your visit is perfect! By far the best hosts I've ever worked with! A wonderful welcome kit when you arrive, a phone call to make sure everything is like you need it to be, I just can't say enough!! Do yourself a favor and stay here! You will not be sorry! The house & resort was a great location for our Disney adventure! The locked gates and special coded entrance to the property was a bonus, we felt very safe & secure. The kids loved their Disney themed bedrooms! The adult rooms were comfortable and spacious. The living spaces were big and open, easy to manage with 10 people and 2 dogs easily. This beautifully decorated and clean home is the perfect spot to enjoy a family vacation in Orlando. It is wonderfully situated close to all theme parks, especially Disney. I was looking for a rental with a pool for our family of 15 that included 8 adults and 7 grandchildren. When I review the selections that fit what I was looking for, this place stood out. It had 5 star reviews which was a major factor, size that I needed to fit my family, some themed bedrooms that the grandkids liked, Disneyworld was close by, etc. I rent in October 2021 for a one week stay in August 2022.
Les and JoAnn, our hosts, answered all questions that I had. They provided suggestions for dining in the area along with stores nearby to pick up groceries. Excellent communications the entire time!
Entry to the gated community was easy. For our stay, Les and JoAnn provided excellent welcome instructions on what we needed to know about the house while we were there.
We all made use of the pool everyday. The grandchildren were in it as much as they could. The game room had a pool table, foosball, arcade machine, cards, etc. that saw a fair amount of use.
In summary I would stay here again; and highly recommend this place. Les and JoAnn were easy to work with, and communication with them was wonderful.

From the moment we booked the property were were contacted by the owners to introduce themselves and answer any questions we had.
We were traveling to Florida for a family vacation and family reunion.
This property offered ample space for tour group to gather together bust also spread out.
The home is clean and well kept. The owners have clearly put so much care into providing families with things they may need to feel at home while on vacation.
The pool is awesome, the game room is a great place to hang out and have fun.
the amount of sleeping space is amazing.
We did not have small children, but the house has multiple cribs, booster seats and strollers.
I absolutely loved this property and would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy vacation with the feeling of living in the middle of the Magic.

This house is amazing!! All of the small touches made it feel like home. My children even mentioned how at home they felt. The pool and hot tub was a hit to help us unwind from our busy days, and I could not keep the kids out of the game room because of all the amazing things to do in there.
We were able to wash clothes, and the cookware was perfect for a family of our size. The house had EVERYTHING we possibly needed to make our trip smooth and enjoyable!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Our family of seven had a fantastic time staying at Mickey's Mansion. The house is everything you could ask for. Multiple themed rooms create that Disney atmosphere throughout the home. The house was beautiful, all the rooms were clean and decorated beautifully. We loved the soft paint on the walls and the whisper of the sea decorations. The Star Wars room was a big hit, and one of the adults chose a room that had Tinker Bell near the light switch. It was a fun time and our family enjoyed our time together. The pool was very nice and got lots of use. Thank you Les and JoAnn, you were wonderful to work with and so helpful in suggesting things around the area that we might do. JoAnn and Les are just the type f people you would want to rent a home from during your vacation. You can't ask for more caring and responsive people than the Wilson's! There was a welcome bag upon arrival-including a toy for our little dog. They texted and called to make sure everything was in perfect order.
The home was spacious and welcoming and all the Disney touches were adorable and much loved by our grandchildren who are aged 2, 4, 7, 7, 9, 10 and 13. They were so excited to have the bedrooms with the character themes. They also loved the game room. The pool set up was perfect!
They even had a friend on the street who came to walk our dog while we were in the parks. Amazing! The neighborhood is very well kept and they take care of the yards beautifully. They even manage the garbage!
Since we were there close to Easter, our grandkids were able to go to the awesome Easter egg hunt the resort was hosting. They had a blast! It was so well organized and once again made everyone feel like family. I might add that the woman who works at the Clubhouse is truly wonderful as well. She was so busy and still greeted every guest with a smile.
If you're looking for a home rental from people who truly care about their guests, then Mickey's Mansion is the place! We are so thankful to the Wilson's for giving us the opportunity to make magical memories with our family. All 16 of us!

From the booking through the end of the stay, the Wilson family was amazing. Very attentive and informative. The property had everything we needed and more. It is very close to Disney and ESPN Zone Wide World of Sports. I had heard horror stories about the traffic, but we were able to get to the baseball event within 10-15 minutes due to the great location. We would definitely stay there again!! Highly recommend!!

The lay out of the house is great- enough room for some privacy (with 8 bedrooms) and also the outside gathering spot (2 big tables) was perfect for all of us to gather to eat or play games. My family and I stayed at Mickey's Mansion in February/March 2022 and had an amazing experience! The house is beautiful and spacious. We had multiple families on this trip and everyone was able to have their own space. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and I think my toddler enjoyed those more than any of the ride she went on in Disney World! The game room was also a lot of fun! The house was in a great location - a short drive to all of the Disney parks and close to a ton of restaurants and stores, but it was still nice and quiet and in a very safe area. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to the Orlando area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mickey's Mansion. The property was very well maintained and everything was "as advertised". The property has excellent access to Disney and near many great golf courses too. The game room was a hit with our group as we created many memories playing pool, Ms. PacMan, Wii, air hockey and foosball. The pool and spa area was spacious as we enjoyed great weather. The owners were great- they're very responsive to our questions and inquiries before, during and after our stay. This property is one we will definitely rent again.

Our family gathered at Mickeys Mansion to celebrate my husband's retirement. There was a congratulatory bottle of wine from our hosts. There was plenty of space for 8 of us to gather together, as well as do our own thing. Really enjoyed the pool and game room! Location was awesome to get to Disney and any restaurants to pick up dinner. And both king beds were super comfy!

My family and I decided to go on a Disney Vacation after our cruise was cancelled. Finding a home to fit all 12 of us and a dog wasn't an easy task, but Mickey's Mansion was perfect. Everyone had their own room that needed one. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed in the home to make the vacation amazing. The kitchen had everything you needed, plenty of pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker & plenty of other items to help make cooking during your stay easy. The pool and hot tub were great. The kids were just as happy spending time in them as they were at Disney. The house was close to all the major attractions and plenty of shopping. When looking over the "Things to Do" list provided we chose to go to the Showcase of Citrus to pick oranges. It was pet friendly and had plenty of things for the kids to do and everyone enjoyed it. We were definitely glad we chose to go there on one of our days. The homeowners Les and JoAnn were able to answer any questions or concerns we had quickly, which was really nice.

We spent many, many days doing research to book the perfect house for our family Christmas vacation. I am so happy we stumbled upon Mickeys Mansion.
Les and Joann reached out shortly after booking to introduce themselves and they were there every step of the way answering questions we had leading up to the vacation.
Once we checked in - the house was everything we thought it would be and more! We were greeted with a welcome bag (we have rented several houses before and this was a first!) The home was in great condition, the rooms were awesome and super comfortable, and the lanai/pool and hot tub is where we spent most of our down time. Les and Joann were very attentive and really responsive while we were there.
I haver already recommended this home to a few families and will make sure we stay here again.

Lester was a super attentive host. Check in was very simple. I felt if I had any issues (which there were none) I could contact Lester or their property manager at any time. He left a thoughtful message and gift for my family which I felt was absolute icing on the cake! In my opinion, you definitely want to stay at this property. Everything was very clean and organized. I loved that both Les and JoAnn called to get to know me after I reserved their property. I did not have to guess what was or was not included because they did a great job with all the detail.

They called when we arrived to make sure we had everything we need and stayed in contact as needed. The home has a really nice lay out, and plenty of space. If we come back to FL, we would definitely book this property again!!!

With a full house of 15, Mickey's Mansion was perfect and gave everyone plenty of space. Any minor issues that arrived were immediately handled by the owner Les that was greatly appreciated. The house was clean and well stocked to hold us over until we could get to a store. If you are planning a trip in this area, I highly recommend.

I can't say enough about how great our stay was at Mickey's Mansion. We had a crowd of 15 from the ages of 4 through 78 (plus 1 four-legged family member) and everyone loved everything about the house. The house was very clean and had all the supplies needed, including plenty of bath and pool towels, kitchen supplies, and even a crock pot. They also had baby/toddler items available for use; the strollers were very convenient to have for Disney. Everyone had a variety of entertainment options with lots of movie selections, games, puzzles, and of course our all-time favorite game room, pool, and hot tub! All the beds were very comfortable. We only wish we had a few extra days to enjoy the community playground, clubhouse sauna and amenities. Les & JoAnn are absolutely the best hosts. Communication was top notch and we will definitely be renting from them on our next trip down for Universal Studios! Thank you Les & JoAnn for accommodating our family and contributing to making our 2021 family vacation amazing!

My friends and I recently stayed at Mickey's Mansion and would go back in a heartbeat. Checking in was a bit long but only because the security needed to verify each vehicle that was entering the area, which put us at ease as far as safety concerns. Once inside everything else was a breeze. Everyone claimed their room and we immediately began exploring the home. Our family had a mix of adults, teens and babies and there was something for everyone to do. The pool, games and game room kept us entertained, as well as having access to the grill. The propane tanks seemed a bit low when we got there but within a half hour the property manager arrived with two new tanks. Joanne and Les had a cute welcome package for us and were readily accessible when we had any other questions. We would definitely recommend this home and will be back for future visits!

Family vacation
We loved staying at Mickey's Mansion! The indoor and outdoor spaces are both wonderful. Our kids enjoyed the pool immensely throughout the week. I loved serving meals and snacks on the lanai so the kids could jump right back i the pool. Everything in the house is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well organized, labeled, and stocked with cookware, small appliances, etc. to make meal prep easy and mom stress-free:). The decor is fun nd really well done. It definitely adds to the ambiance of a relaxing get-away... and a magical place for kids with the themed bedrooms. We particularly enjoyed the game room on a couple rainy afternoons. The house had plenty of DVDs to keep our kids entertained too. The extras at the house (e.g. bathroom step stool, booster seat, umbrella stroller) also made packing for our 3 year old easy. Les and JoAnn are excellent hosts who made us feel welcome and responded quickly to all our questions. They also provided lots of information and tips about the surrounding area. This home gave us a perfect place to relax, enjoy Disney, and take a day trip to the beach. We would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommended! Great home to vacation with our family and friends.

You won't read this if its too long, right? So here is the short version. I have rented many VRBO properties. Mostly in the Disney area. Mickey's Mansion ranks at the top of my list. Six adults and 6 kids could not have been more comfortably accommodated. Three king rooms is hard to find. Every couple had a king bed, 2 sets of boys in 2 twin rooms and 2 babies in 2 other rooms and we had a room to spare. For this girl who loves to cook, the kitchen was a dream. Totally outfitted with anything you could need. Plenty of plastic for the kids and the pool. Seating for meals inside or out. Lots of social space as well. I don't think we turned on a single TV except at bedtime. My grands loved the game room. My daughter said we needed a week just to enjoy the house. The pool was fabulous with the child guard fence. No annoying alarm to remember each time you went out the door. You could easily put a weeks worth of groceries for 12 people in the pantry. That was really nice-kept food off the counter. Surly I can think of something that we did not like ---nope, not a thing!

I am glad we chose this home for our vacation. I recommend it for groups large and small, all adults or with kids. It's a great place!
Two branches of the family gathered for a week at Mickey's Mansion. The WiFi supported 4 of us working remotely, including live lectures by a college professor. The shaded lanai is lovely with fans, lights and table seating for 12, and a lounge area for the shade-lovers among us.
The well-appointed kitchen encouraged us to stay home and try to eat healthy. There are many restaurants nearby as well. The Hogwart's themed game room claimed us after dinner for air hockey, PacMan and the Wii. (Wii boxing is a workout!). The Resort itself has tennis and volleyball courts, a workout room and more at the clubhouse.
Our hosts responded quickly to every question before and during our stay and the management company cheerfully answered all questions we had about the property.
I look forward to another stay.

From the second my family & I booked our trip the communication between Les & JoAnn was fantastic. They reached out to let us know the booking went through, sent recommendations on where to stop along the way of our road trip and even what the best restaurants were around the house as well. We were greeted with some treats and a super CLEAN house (which was huge for my family with COVID currently happening). Everything was kid and adult friendly. I was worried at first because we had two under two years old staying with us on the trip and the house was SO kid friendly they were able to crawl and walk around risk free. Highly, highly, recommend. 10/10 ! My family and I checked out and already want to plan when we can go back!

We really enjoyed our time at Mickey's Mansion. The property owner is very responsive and makes sure that you are able to enjoy your vacation with no worries. Traveling with a dog, a 6 month old infant and a 5 year old comes with a host of challenges but we had a blast once we actually were onsite and settled in. There were so many fun memories. When we do another Disney trip..we hope this property is open.

A wonderful, well decorated, well organized, clean house, large outdoor pool area with 2 tables - and a great location! Owners have paid attention to every detail - above and beyond! They are also easy to communicate with! The game room is super fun - which led to family game tournaments, kitchen is large and well organized & labeled. We spent hours by the pool and walking the neighborhood and nature trail. Overall the best VRBO experience and house we've stayed in! Highly recommend for your next trip to Orlando Area. Planning a trip for 13 people to Disney for a week is no small feat. It is even harder when you are a busy medical professional in a global pandemic. Add in that this group originated in three different states and included 7 children (ages 12, 9, 7, 4, 2, 17m, 8m) and you have a recipe for a logistical nightmare. If that wasn't enough, I was keep the inclusion of my brother's family on this trip from my parents as a surprise.
Enter Les and JoAnn.
They are absolutely fantastic! The property is beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. There is clear attention to detail as they have worked to create a vacation home that is both comfortable and functional for families. Our children loved the themed rooms and we never felt cramped. It was a true home away from home. A real gem!
However, what sets Mickey's Mansion apart are Les and JoAnn, themselves. I have seldom encountered better communication, responsiveness, and concern for the guest experience. They went above and beyond to do what they could to make our vision for the trip a reality and when we encountered a few, minor hiccups along the way, they were right there to address it.
We now consider this OUR Disney house and hope to return soon.

Mickey's Mansion was perfect for our families to bring in the new year together. The overall property and amenities were spot on. The house was very clean, had welcoming decor and was well supplied; from a kitchen griddle for family pancakes to wine glasses for a new year celebration. The game room kept many happy and the pool, hot tub and chaise lounge had others relaxed and content.

The welcome bag was greatly appreciated and definitely used.

We enjoyed the lanai the most, that space allowed us to laugh, barbecue, swim and have a family game night together.

We made wonderful memories. This house will always be special given this is the start of our annual large family vacations.

Our family spend Christmas at Mickey's Mansion and it was absolutely perfect. The house is less than 15 minutes away from all the Disney parks and is close to restaurants and shopping. The owners are great and very attentive to your every need. They made sure we had a Christmas tree and also left us a welcome gift. The owners are by far the best people you will ever rent from.

We had a great vacation and absolutely loved the house! The theming of the house was perfect! The kids and the adults all loved it. The pool And jacuzzi were amazing. The double tables outside were very helpful so everybody had a place to sit and eat. The kids loved the Harry Potter theme game room. The beds were so comfortable. The host checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay and they were accessible if we had any questions. There were plenty of pool towels and shower towels which we really appreciated. The home came equipped with all our necessary kitchen needs and equipment for the little kids. Overall amazing stay and we will definitely be staying here again. We have stayed at this resort a few times in other houses but this house was by far our favorite house.

We were looking for a pet friendly property for a weekend holiday to visit our daughter and her boyfriend who we haven't seen since Covid shut everything down.
Les & JoAnn couldn't be more gracious hosts in the booking process (VRBO wasn't taking my credit card for some reason and they offered to call them to see if there was anything they could do) and we worked it out. They checked in to ensure everything was good to make our stay memorable and encouraged us to call property manager if we needed anything.
The house is welcoming and tastefully decorated. Plenty of space indoor and outside for meals swimming, games, relaxing, watching tv or catching up with family and friends. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need if you're cooking in and linens and towels are of good quality!
The property is conveniently located to all the parks, shopping and dining ad D/T Disney & Margaritaville (H2O!) and one of our favorites-Island Grove Wine Company!
Simply put, this house is perfect for your family reunion and vacation! They have a crib in the upstairs bedroom, pool floats and toys, high chair and stroller-amenities for free that you'd normally pay extra for!
Although this was a spontaneous long weekend, we're already thinking about a reunion w/ extended family from TX, MA, and VA!

Our vacation stay in this home, especially during COVID-19, was truly a GOD sent blessing!! The home was beautiful and comfortable. The owners were helpful, friendly and attentive to any need we could have, although we had NO ISSUES. It was truly a memorable family trip. We did not want to go out too much due to the pandemic, so we thoroughly enjoyed every part of the house, especially the pool, Jacuzzi and the grill. Our neighbors were nice and jealous ;) of our fun in our gorgeous spacious home as they constantly smelled the aroma of good cookout food that they raved over. We have been coming to Florida for years in celebration of my mother's heavenly birthday, but by all means this trip was one of the best. The drive was wonderful with NO TRAFFIC on I-4 and the house was great. You cannot go wrong with booking this house! It came equipped with everything!! WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!

For starters Les was an amazing host, very personable, effective communicator, catered to the needs in regards to the amenities for my family and was very hospitable. The house exceeded our expectations: the pool and spa was a major plus, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with, there was a first-aid kit, the grill was clean, there were plenty pool floats, the rooms were spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable, the game room was a plus, and the neighborhood was safe and beautiful. I plan a family trip every year for my family and sometimes it is a hit or miss finding a vacation home that will please everyone but we all have agreed that Les’s home was the best that we have stayed in and we will be booking with him again on our next Disney trip. I can’t thank Les enough for allowing us to stay in his spectacular home.

We absolutely loved the home and neighborhood! Although all of the attractions were closed, we enjoyed family time at the home. The kids swam in the pool several hours a day. Great vacation home for my large family. There was enough room for us to spread out indoors and out. We ranged in age from 3 – 78 It was nice my grandparents could use the bottom bedroom/bathroom without having to climb stairs. We cooked in and grilled a couple evenings and had everything we needed. We were appreciative of the comfortable new beds. It was also nice to have TV’s and DVD players in the bedrooms. It helped potential fights from breaking out when everyone couldn’t agree on what to watch. Pool looked nice although we did not have enough time to use it. Les and Joanne were on top of things and nice people to work with. No complaints. Close to everything which is a definite plus. Recommend this home to anyone. We’ll be back when we need our next Disney/Harry Potter fix

My family and I enjoyed our short visit to Disney and this lovely home was perfect for each one of us. After spending a couple of days at the park, it was nice to come back to relax and recoup. The kids enjoyed the pool even with it being a bit chilly outside. They didn't seem to mind. The themed rooms were a big hit. The beds were comfy, the house was clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We didn't use the pool at the club house but the people who work there were very friendly when we went to check it out. The owners were very easy to work with and when I had a couple of questions they were very quick to respond. The resort is close to everything so getting around was easy. We hope to return to the area with other family members this summer and won't hesitate to book here again.
